Egypt’s Olympic Weightlifting Champion Mohamed Ihab (Facebook) won 2 Bronze Medals last night in Texas (1:30 am CLT, 24th of November 2015). Ihab reached the overall podium with a total of 363 kg, after successfully lifted 162 kg in the snatch and 201 kg in the clean and jerk, (in the 77 kg men category) breaking the national, Arab and continental highs.
Ihab also won the Bronze Medal for the Clean & Jerk with an impressive 201 kg lift. Watch video here.
Mohamed Ihab was placed second in the Total for the 69 kg Category in the 2014 World Weightlifting Championships in Almaty, lifting 334 kg. He was also placed third in the Snatch (152 kg) and second in the Clean & Jerk (182 kg).
